The Briar Rose

More than a store.
A place for community.

A shop built on showing up.

Danell Fogle opened The Briar Rose on State Street and filled it with the things that make a house a home, and with-in the town itself.

It started as a quiet shop. Then the community showed up, and kept showing up. Today it's a home for local vendors, the heartbeat of the monthly Pickers Market, which pulls shoppers in from St. Louis and Springfield, and a gathering place where women empower women.

As founder of Litchfield Community Partners, Danell helps put on the town's Halloween and Christmas parades every year. The Briar Rose sits on Main Street and shows up for the people who walk through the door.
